Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly (CCSV)
TheraBeing Family Wellness has become one of the accredited service providers under the "Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly" scheme.
Individuals holding community vouchers can use home-based services at our organization, which includeoccupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists,
registered nurses, health service assistants, healthcare workers, personal care workers, assistants, and domestic helpers, meeting the diverse home medical care needs of the elderly.
What is the Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly Scheme?
The Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly Scheme (Community Voucher) was introduced by the Social Welfare Department (SWD) in 2013, allowing eligible elderly individuals aged 60 or above to freely choose appropriate community care services based on their personal needs, supporting them in aging in place.
The government provides monthly subsidies ranging from 60% to 95% of the costs, depending on the elderly individual's financial capacity.
The Community Voucher operates on a "Money-following-the-user" model, meaning the choice of services is placed in the hands of the elderly, who can independently select suitable accredited service providers, service items, and service volume.
