Ms. Chan graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy. She further completed a master degree in Stroke and Clinical Neuroscience from CUHK Ms. Chan has accumulated over 10 years of professional experience, with the main expertise in the elderly, dementia, stroke, brain injury, physical disability and pain management. Ms Chan has worked at acute hospitals, rehabilitation and infirmary wards, day centres, elderly homes, home settings, as well as community and private organizations. This makes her well understand the needs of each client and caregiver at different stages of the patients. In addition to her therapeutic work, Ms Chan also takes the educational roles in various professional position. The targets include junior professional team members, occupational therapy students, assistants and assistant students, etc. Ms. Chan truly believes that her expertise and commitment to provide holistic client-centred services will enhance the quality of life of each client.
